    Drive through was VERY slow considering there were only two cars in line at 8 p.m . Sorry to say it took 17 minutes to get our feed two for 10.00 . The chicken was hot and fresh, but the Onion rings were cold. This looked like a fairly new store. My wife used the restroom while we waited in the drive through line. She said it was clean. More training is needed here. A simple fix , invest in your employees so they can take care of your customers.

    Horrible got new boneless wings and tots so much seasoning we can't eat . We were out of town on our way home so we took the loss. And didn't return horrible food. Just so much Salt and seasoning

    I was in your restaurant on 4/17 and it took 30 minutes to wait for 2 wings my dad order before me and he got his food 25 minutes later and I hadn’t received mine yet, I requested a refund because I’m literally looking at chicken in front of me yet it took 30 minutes. It was like the server was picking and choosing who to give food out to.This isn’t the only Popeyes I’ve had a bad experience but it was my last. I’ve been in retail for over 30 years and I’m working for the same company going on 26 years so I know about customer service. #Imdone

    On our way back home we stopped in on yesterday night and the service was great the manager named Jamale has great southern hospitality! He was very helpful and made our visit pleasant!!! We will b back!
